These Terms of Service govern your use of Needs Attention for Jira, provided by Bomray Lab.

1. App purpose

The app assists Jira administrators by identifying resources that may require review. It provides evidence and recommendations but does not make administrative decisions on behalf of the user.

2. Administrator responsibility

All decisions to modify, archive, delete, or retain Jira resources remain the responsibility of the Jira administrator. Results should be reviewed before any action is taken.

3. No automatic changes

The app does not automatically delete, archive, or modify Jira resources as part of its review workflow.

4. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may depend on Atlassian products, APIs, Forge infrastructure, and third-party systems outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law or Atlassian's terms.

6. Intellectual property

The app, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Bomray Lab or its licensors. Jira and Atlassian are trademarks of Atlassian and are not owned by Bomray Lab.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bomray Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or decisions made using its results.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
