This Privacy Policy explains how Bomray Lab handles information in connection with Needs Attention for Jira.

1. Information we collect

Needs Attention for Jira does not require users to create a separate Bomray Lab account. The app does not send Jira content to an external Bomray Lab server.

2. Data processed by the app

The app reads Jira configuration data that is necessary to identify projects, custom fields, filters, and dashboards that may require administrator review. Processing takes place within the Atlassian Forge platform.

3. Data storage

The app may store scan results, configuration preferences, history snapshots, and snoozed review items in Atlassian Forge hosted storage. This information remains within the Atlassian platform and is used only to provide the app's functionality.

4. Personal data

The app is not designed to collect or store sensitive personal information. It may process identifiers or metadata returned by Jira APIs where required to display ownership or administrative context.

5. External sharing

Bomray Lab does not sell Jira data or share it with advertisers. We do not use Jira data for model training, profiling, or unrelated analytics.

6. Security

The app uses Atlassian Forge permissions and hosted infrastructure. Access is limited to the scopes required for the app's review workflow.

7. Data deletion

Uninstalling the app triggers Atlassian Forge data retention and deletion processes. Administrators may also contact Bomray Lab with privacy-related questions.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
