When contacting support

Please include the following where possible:

• Your Jira Cloud site URL
• The screen or feature involved
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• A screenshot with sensitive information removed

Response time

We aim to respond to support requests within three business days. Response times may vary for weekends, public holidays, or issues that require investigation with Atlassian.

Security issues

For suspected security vulnerabilities, use the subject line Security Report and avoid including confidential Jira data in the first email.
